Tipping helpers when guests stay with you

I had a few friends stay with me recently. My friends want to give something to my helper, what is a normal amount to tip your helpers for the extra work they did.

If you work it out, a part time helper costs about 10SGD an hour. I would do an approximation of how much time was spent. So a 20-50SGD would be nice. Anything more is bonus.

Is there a need to do PCR test etc prior to flight back to Indonesia for domestic helpers? Anyone experience this process, kindly advise..

It seems like nowadays helpers will let the toddlers use the phone for hours while they'll chat away with their friends in playgrounds, and the kids...

Does anyone's helper have a local bank account ...? ie: DBS, OCBC, UOB? Would think it's easier to transfer salary every month. What's needed?
