I would expect the maid service to bear the consequences of a maid not showing up, being unreliable or sick; not the customer!If the maid is occasionally absent for urgent matters (eg sick), we would advise our clients to give her another chance. However, if there is frequent absentism or lateness with no valid reasons, we would advise our clients to replace her. However, pls allow a minimum of 3 working days for us to find a suitable replacement.

Oh, how much does she charge per hour?
I need her to do the following tasks Mon-Fri.
Midday - the dog in the near by neighbourhood for 20mins and return to the house do the vaccuum/mopping.
Evening 8pm or 9pm. Wash Dishes, Clean stovetop/rangehood, take out rubbish. Mop floor again and lastly to wash and rinse the mop !!
