Dear Expats,

I'm a Singaporean and now is working for my Company who is based in Hong Kong.

We are going to set up a Branch in Singapore and I would like to know what are the requirements, steps and things to take note of.

any kind soul that had set up a branch in SG and could share the experiences with me?
