lost weight

Post by ag18 » Sat, 02 May 2009 6:30 pm

Go for exercise! Its best option as i also take it.

it wouldnt work if u only take diet.
same as u i also tried on herba life before, noth come as result when i didnt exercise.
then i completely stop it and go for exercise. it work out.
at least u can drop 1 kg a month. there's no fast result. u have to work on it.

come lets work it together, i'm still doing it now. i intend to loose abt 10 kg more.

program?

Post by ag18 » Sat, 02 May 2009 8:18 pm

Hi moderator,
seems u keep talking on your program, but u never explain in detail what program is that, as far as i know it's not healthy loosing so much weight in short time.

but indeed if you have such a miraculous way to loose weight as u said 26kg in 22 weeks, i might have want to follow.

so far i have lost 6kg, and still have 10 kg to lost by run and eat proper meal.

Hate to say this ag18, but you don't know too much then.
seems u keep talking on your program,
Yes, I do.
u never explain in detail what program is that
And no, I don't reveal too much about the program for several reasons.

1) most here who ask about the program are looking for a quick, easy fix without working for it.

2) most here who ask for information are hoping it's something that they can put into their mouths at night and the next morning all their weight is gone.

3) It is not a "try" program. You pay for the entire program up front and you cannot deviate from the program AT ALL, regardless if it is scheduled for 3 months, 6 months, or even a year. If you do not finish the program in it's entirety, you will fail. You will, I can almost guarantee, put back on all the weight you lost and may even put on some more. The program is extremely simple to do but extremely rigid in execution. I will not recommend it to people who have been popping duromine and other types of crap pills as these people don't have the stamina nor the willpower to do this program.

However, there are at least 3 others here on the board who I have referred to the clinic and two have already finished (one lost 43kg in 5.5 months) and another is current doing the program and has lost 15.7kg in just under 8 weeks. with about 11kg to go.

Other's that I've recommended, seem to have figured it was too hard to do and would rather put chemicals that will eventually kill them into their bodies instead. I say let 'em. When they kill themselves, it will reduce the defective gene pool a little bit.

If you have less than 10-12 kg I recommend going to the gym and just stop eating garbage. But if you have serious weight to lose then my way works, but only if you are serious about it.

How can anybody say my program is bad if it eliminated 10 years of HBP, Gout & High Cholesterol medications? Today I weigh the same as I did when I got out of the Army at just under 21 years of age. (I'm 61).

Hi Seribayu,

I understand that it's tough when people keep teasing you in regards to your weight. Ive been chubby before and it's really depressing when people pick on you because of it. Anyway, I just want to wish you the best of luck for your weight loss program. But please stay away from chemicals in the future. Ive attempted taking Xando a few years back and only managed to lose a kg every 2 weeks. Have stopped consuming it after a few months as there is excessive thirst and the results became less prominent after the initial stages. Not worth it in my opinion =) All the best! Keep us updated with your results!

weight loss

Post by ag18 » Sat, 02 May 2009 10:17 pm

Hi moderator..

just back from jogging. yes indeed.. i dont know much about this loosing weight program,

one thing i know, after:
- Protein diet (which work and help me kick 6 kg in 2 week, but also make me gain double of it on 3 month)
- Herbal life product, which very popular and i see my friend are indeed loose 10 kg in a month (didnt work on me)
-Acupuncture (this also didnt work)

- and last....more exercise (in my case is running for 20-30 min), wich is WORK. so far i have lost 6 kg, in about 8 months.
well i still have 10 kg more to work on.

so after saw you buzz about your program i gives me 'wrong' idea about exersice as the healtiest way to loose weight.

which is confusing, coz u didnt do what we do-exercise- but u go to clinic to loose it,

then advise us to do exercise...

err... some kind like u telling us not to eat ice cream coz its fat, but u yourself eat it.

No hurt feeling here, but somekind of weird for me.
ah anyway... exercise did benefit your either u loose wight or its worth you your health.

peace :)

ag18, you would do well to actually do a little research on this forum to see my other posts regarding what I advise and the advice I give. You will then know instead of coming on here and sticking your foot in your mouth as you have just done. It really makes you look rather foolish.

Good luck with your losses.

oh well good advise then

Post by ag18 » Sat, 02 May 2009 11:18 pm

yet i read all as you suggest.

ok cut it short- bef other think i put foot in my mouth again :D

a lot of effect if u loose it too fast. one of it is celulite.
if you're a lady u might regret it. so far as wht i know only laser can help to reduce it.

just put on more consideration on what you may get gurl, if you think its worth for you, go for it :)
pile up your spirit and be confident on your self.
oks keep up date us on your prog, it does 'burn' my own spirit to do more jogging.

FYI: i do jog every day for 20-30 min. start slowly u can do it!

cheers.

So you go and do it again.....

For that I award you this:

A little hint. Don't read the advertisements you see. Read the medical Journal where actual tests with proper blinds have been done and reviewed medical doctors. Not some local clipjoint weightloss joint advertising in the local birdcage liner. If you believe everything you read in that paper you may as well join the party cause that's what you are swallowing. You should also quit saying "as wht i know" because it lets people know just how little you do know. Fortunately you are anonymous here so you are reasonably safe from your friends finding out.

To clear some air around here.

The program I did is only really suitable for those people who are in the upper "overweight" range or those who are technically obese or fatter. It can be also used by those who are mildly overweight but I personally feel, unless that person is nearing the "obese" range, what they need to do is just stop eating garbage and start eating healthy and start a physical fitness program.

Cut back on the carb & sugar intake. It's not necessary to "stop" eating carbs but you don't need more than 100 gms of carbs a day (which is about half of a normal local meal's helping of rice). Stop using sugar and salt as condiments. And exercise. A regular program of exercise. However, exercise by itself will not help you to loose all that much weight. Exercise will tone up your muscles but it rarely burns much fat. Exercise without a healthy diet is a waste of time. As the poster above said, it took them 8 months to lose 6 kilo. A person who is morbidly obese could have 50, 60 or more kg to lose...... they could die of old age trying to get it off in a gym. If they didn't destroy their joints or have a coronary first in the process. You need to get fit and eat right. Learn to say no to upsize me, or the second helping, or the third beer.

ag18, you really dont know nothing about this program: it doesn't only REDUCE celullite but it FIRMS up your skin pretty well. Not only you loose weight fast, it gives you a very nice body contour. My mum is on this diet and she is losing weight FAST, not feeling hungry at all.

Yes, generally it is not healthy to loose weight at this pace but this program is specially designed by Dr so it does no harm to your body. And yes, exercise does benefit our body but it is not a requirement in this program. But if your have been exercising, you may continue to do so during this program. This program is not a magic, it gets you to your goal weight FAST but does not mean you will be forever at that weight if there is no lifestyle change. So you have to watch what you eat and exercise after you are done with the program.

Believe me, I know what losing weight is like. I used to be 35kgs overweight and I exercise almost everyday. I am not in the program, they dont want me. You need to have more than 5kgs to loose for them to even CONSIDER you as their potential client, so I am out. And mind you, not even is suitable for this program. You need to have check-up.

My mum wants to loose 10kgs as well. And after one week in this program, she lost 3kgs. And by only eliminating those prohibited food listed on this program from my own diet, lo and behold, I've lost an inch on my waist and double the rate of my weight lost.

I will not tell you the name of this program as I think it is more appropriate for you to request it from SMS. But my advice to you is, since you are losing weight in such a low pace, why not do this and get done with it in 2 months and maintain it with sensible eating and exercise?

purin81 wrote: Hi there seribayu.. I totally understand how u are feeling. I was just like u, when i was much younger..

I'm 1.65m girl and currently weigh 49kg. 3 months back, i was 7kgs heavier than my current weight(56k! :o ) . I know some people will say that 56kg is an average weight for a 1.65m girl. But i guess i'm just paranoid of gaining extra kgs again ever since i went down from 76kgs(yr 1995)- 48kg(yr 2007 )

After i got a new job in jan last year, i put on alot of weight. Just after 2 months into the job, i travelled alot and ate non-stop to try out many local cuisines in different cities. Soon after, i was given a verbal warning from one of my concerned dept officer. She told me to reduce my weight in a month's time and if i didn't, i would be suspended for duty until i do something about it .

During that period i was so stressed up and didn't know what to do. 1 of my colleagues found out about my situation and asked me to try out a slimming capsule called, 'meizitang'. She said to me that in a few days, i would see results. I never trusted slimming pills then as they don't seemed to have any effect on me. She assured me and gave me some to try. After convincing me with her blah blah blahs.., i took it. And the result.. it WORKED!

In just 3 days, i went from 56 - 55.5kgs. After a week, i could really tell the difference of my body..(visually, not by weighing huh)! I bought another packet of 30 capsules from my colleague and after 1 and a half month, i lost back all 7kgs and i stopped consuming the capsules. Currently i feel much much more healthier (eventhough i put on an extra 1 kg now  )

I'm not gonna lie to u but there are are some side effects after i consumed the capsules. Here's what i encountered:

-Excessive thirst ( felt so thirsty and would gulped 3-4litres of water each day)

-Dry/sore throat (due to the excessive thirst)

-Lost of appetite (surpressed my hunger til i had to force myself to eat to prevent having gastric probs)

-Insomnia ( i only consumed when i had morn duties to prevent me from zzzzz during work..)

-On/off slight headaches ( bearable, not major)

-Constipation ( my colleague did, but i didn't. Guess it varies from person-person)

This is just something to share from my experience and how i lost the extra pounds. But of cos, exercise and a good balanced diet is always the best and healthier choice. But guess i'm just too lazy to sweat my a** off :P Anyway, good luck to u dear girl. Hopefully u can be the 'new girl' that u wanna be by oct! :)
Hi purin81,

could I ask how much is the tablets? Tell me more about it??

For me I need to lost like 20kgs, I would want to try anything..but as with most ppl who want to lose weight fast, i am lazy to sweat my *** off..not that i didnt try.. i tried going to the gym but its hard work trying to drag myself there, then trying to drag myself through the workouts..keep wanting to go home. i cannot continue in this form.

i feel tt due to the excessive baggage that i now carry, im kinda discouraged to lose weight, yet i want to. hope this makes sense

Makes sense to me. You are a lazy bugger and you would rather kill yourself with pills instead of using your brains to find a program that doesn't inject chemicals or funny shakes or strange pre-prepared foods or relaxing in a tub of whale p*ss while taking strange things to "detox" with. (or maybe that's part of the problem - malfunctioning brain).

Hey SMS, rather curious to find out what's this program you are talking about? I've put on quite a lot of kilos over the past year no thanks to complacence, a very sedentary job and lifestyle plus a gradual decline into obesity. I used to be religiously strict about my diet and regular exercises but it has all gone to the dogs since I've gone overseas.

Can't PM you as I'm new here, so any information you could provide would be much appreciated. Thanks.
