Acid Refulx Disease!
Acid Refulx Disease!
Hi guys I just found out that my doctor said that I have acid reflux. But after doing research for a while on the internet something interest came up. It says that the problem is not too much acid, but its acid that is lacking or very little. Furthermore it says that acid is what breaks down essential minerals and what kills bacteria. I feel confused and don't now what to do. Its either going to be taking anti acids or taking acids lol. help ?
you have to be specific with your symptoms.
Do you get heartburns or are you just bloated?
Few supplementation you can look into - Acidophiles for promoting healthy bacteria, Betaine HCL for digestion of proteins and greens/superfood to balance the acidity/base of your body.

when does this happen?
Keep a food log, write down everything that you consume and monitor the situation.
It is hard to determined if its internal or external causes because it is still vague.
The usual is gluten - grains, milk or most of the derivatives from these sources. You can try the few supplementation that i've suggested and see if it helps.
How about your stool? Is it lumpy and floating around? Stinker and a sinker?
From what you've been diagnosed, it seems betaine HCL is something you might want to look into.

awesome thank you so much for the advice! I have been having this problem for a long time now, I feel bloated, heavy, constipated, fatigued, little apetite and everything just feels all wierd lol!
By the way the stool looks indegisted and just not natural. And it usually hard for me to get a bowl movement because I can't even remember how it feels to have a natural bowlmovement anymore
Frankly thanks to you I am going to keep a journal and get that betaine hydrochloride thing. Too bad I live here in Mongolia and it probaly isn't availbie. Know some foods that help digest easily and increase stomach acid? Because I have been keeping off sugers, really fatty foods, canned foods, wheat, and diary.

I wrote an article with some research into this and been doing some testing on my own.
I've noticed with probiotics and B.HCL, bloating/stink bowels and farts are eliminated.
The down side maybe a good thing is that my hunger is crazy, 3 hours later on the dot i'll get hungry with my meals - so it shows that my digestion is up to par.
On the side note, you can look into elimination and isolation of food.
Take out wheat for a week and see how it goes, then take out dairy etc.
Thats where the food log is important to diagnose where the problem lies.

That's what it feels like to be pregnant, by the way. All preggo symptoms. lol...
I found drinking crazy amounts of water a great way to keep acid reflux, constipation, fatigue, and bloating in check.

Diary and Gluten out! I am drinking incrediblye insane amount of lemon juice during each course of meals! I found out that the water doesn't even taste natural without the lemon juice
I buy them by the big bulks of 5lb bags. I think my digestion is getting better too also, no more bloating, constipation, and the worst fatigue !

Lemon juice alone will not balance your pH of the stomach and may actually worsen the acidity, but you can test your urine with litmus paper. You need the 8 essential acids for balance, these are the amino acids found in brewed vinegar, only if brown rice is used, as the base material however!jsrfomw wrote:Diary and Gluten out! Well where can I get one of these vinigers? Just normal vinigers will do the job also too right? And how do you know that lemon juice won't balance the acidity in the stomach? Do you have proof or research?
For you to understand your body a little more, you could try searching wikipedia.com also check the requirements for amino acids of the metabolism...a drinking vinegar made from brown rice, you can also search for. Trust me all the information is available on the internet!jsrfomw wrote:ksl wrote:Lemon juice alone will not balance your pH of the stomach and may actually worsen the acidity, but you can test your urine with litmus paper. Lemon doesn't contain amino acids, but citric acid with a pH like your stomach its stroner than a drinking vinegar and will do more harm than good, if you have too much, you can power a torch light from lemon, it is that strong.
Drinking vinegars when mixed with water only have around 1% of natural acetic acid, and all the amino acids that your body needs, providing it is brewed with brown rice.
Any vinegar will not do, the best for general health is plum based, plums also contain reservatol and many other beneficial compounds

You can read here about lemon, and do more research on your body

You search for Superfoods - bartley grass/wheat grass.
I use that to balance my Ph.
