Hi, if you have not been to Singapore before or familiar with the place, ask an agent first. They will know these areas pretty well and can also recommend a place with your preferences. In the mean time you can use Google Earth/Map with the satellite search to have a birds eye view.

There are few condos that I would recommend. Chinese garden MRT - Park Oasis. Big territory, old condo, means space. Just across the road mrt and parks. Can see at google map. Further from the city Lakeshore condo(Lakeside mrt). Just newly built and luxurious, just across the road other side of parks. Near and across the road old condo-Lakepoint. I lived there and it is very quite and ok. Near it just the other condo, also Ok. At Boonlay there is Jurong Point, very big shopping mall, renovated. At jurong east mrt there is Giant supermarket, good for shopping groceries in jurong area, better than on boon lay, also Imm shopping mall is quite big with baby playground. Clementi mrt- terrible hdb area but there are some condos, Regent's park is quite ok, also lived there, but it takes 10 min to mrt which is quite far at Singaporean heat. If you work in the city and travel to work by mrt, then Park Oasis. Hope, I helped. :)

Moving/Relocating to Singapore

Hi, I agree with one of the replies in this tread, get in touch with an agent here as it would be easier and hassle free. But be aware that you would need to pay a month's rental to the agent as commission.

You don't have to if you play it right
