Is Carrefour open on CNY?

A quick question: does anybody know whether Carrefour Suntec City is open tomorrow 26th Jan - the first day of Chinese New Year?

Tried check its website but no info.

Monday: 12 till 10:30
Tuesday: 9 till 10:30

After the Circuit breaker and if incoming visitors should do a 3 weeks quarantine? That should be rather safe?
