Open up own buisness-visa

We are moving to Singapore and I would be interested to open my own buisness. Does anybody know if you are able to get a working visa for that? I think I wont have a working visa ias my husband is the one working there. But friends living there have told me it is not hard to get a working via once you have got a job offer. So how about your own buisness?
