Work experience in Singapore?

Post by bob13524uk » Sun, 25 Jan 2009 8:58 pm

Hi folks, I may be going to Singapore for around 2 weeks or so later in this year, I am currently studying for my Bachelors degree in Biology/Biochemistry in the UK and was pondering the possibility of getting some lab work experience somewhere in Singapore, I do however know that Singapore is pretty heavy on the red tape and so my question is, does anyone know whether I would need to get a work permit etc if it's just for voluntary, unpaid work?
Thanks, Bob
