My comments derived from experiences which I gained as a law enforcer previously.

There would be so many expats that would approach us with the most ridiculous complains,

But he didn't. Plavt created a new thread from an existing one and titled it "I Hate Expats" b/c that is what he gathered from the initial posting in the one liner thread.
