why don't you post your entire regime and nutritional intake.
Do you keep a training log?

You've not provided enough details to troubleshoot your problem.

Sounds like you've asked a lot of questions and have received a lot of information but have trouble applying it. Pretty common to have this difficulty since there is so much information out there.

The easiest and fastest way is to go to a personal trainer, tell him/her what you want to achieve and ask for a plan. Budget yourself for at least 5 sessions to get a routine down then try it on your own. (A better method is to do it for 90 days, but dont' know how much cost you want to bear.)

My son started weight training when he was 17, he was very tall and thin and didn't have much hope of gaining weight. He laid out a plan and managed to gain about 8kg the first year. (Some of it was fat from a high calorie diet.) He didn't use a trainer but had friends that did weight training and learned from them.

Resist looking for a short cut, there aren't any safe wonder drugs that will bulk you up. You can achieve what you want in a safe way and have fun doing it!
