I'm so exhausted with searching for a maid...none of the agencies want to help after they hear my "indian" accent over the phone (tho i'm not an indian but close), because the maids "only want to work for caucasians"....
i thought this would be easy but its not....i feel like going and complaining to MOM about these agencies. All the maids I wanted to interview were the ones with some experience and seemed perfect judging by the bio data, but according to the agency they dont want to work for indians...some other agencies were so cunning i think they actually told the maids not to pick up their phone when i called and seemed extremely vague when i asked them why the maid isnt picking up. Also they keep pushing the maids with little or no experience who have transferred like 5 million times and have no references on me when i've told them i dont want a maid like that.
i dont think i can do this anymore.
