We are narrowing down our choices for a place to live. I was just wondering if anyone has thoughts on Duchess Crest, Marabella, or HOlland Gems?

With the increase in ABSD, it seems like developers are going slow and pickier...

How do you go about even asking the owner or agent if his house was with a murder case..if you know that particular project had some murder case...

There is no restriction on renting 2 places at the same time. You can rent as many as you like but you will be liable to pay the multiple rentals....
