Cheap winter clothings

I am going to china on march.. and would like to buy an affordable winter jacket. <$55 is my budget.. anyone know where to get affordable winter jacket? for -5 degree weather..

I am going on a leisure trip only. thus there is no need for a pricey coat.

there is a winter wear shop in Suntec City (and a few other branches of which I can't think of right now) that sells affordable winter clothes. Alternatively, invest in a real nice one which you can keep for your future winter visits.

If you are a laydee, you could try shops like Mango and Zara as they might be having their winter sales now.
