I had some imformation that only approved EP application will have fin number

I have a fin number allocated for my application

What's your idea about this..is this correct mr Sundaymorning

As you have been in Singapore before, you would have already had a FIN number assigned to you prior to your receiving an NRIC ("S") number. Your FIN number will start with either the letter F or G. Once assigned a FIN number, even if you give up your later acquired S number, will still remain in your file forever. Everything that has transpired between you and the gahmen regarding your stay in Singapore will be notated there.

EP Status "PENDING"

Hi, my EP application was lauched on 30/11/2010, it said "Pending inputs from vetting agencies, could take up to 2 months" and now after 8 days the status says just "PENDING" what is the difference? Anyone has come across this?
