One year EP validate is normal

Hi all,

I just take my EP type P1, but the validate is a year, one year to expire is normal?

Don't worry about it being for one year. After six months of having P1, you can apply for PR (permanent residency) if you like. Else, by the end of one year, you can easily renew your EP.

Your skills and you are valuable, and likely something they can't get locally. So, don't worry :)
