apparently, 1 rochester off bouna vista is completely pet friendly on sundays for their brunch!
good decent brunch fare, cheap considering their prices at night... but best part is that they love dogs!!!!!! and obviously kids too, since turning one of their outdoor garden section into a play area... both for kids and dogs!
i think pets are allowed too at nights, just not their dining areas though...
