Holiday Bonuses for Helpers

Just wanted to get an idea of what the norm is for Christmas Bonuses? Also are bonuses given for Chinese New year?

as for CNY, not quite a bonus but just some extra money in a red packet. no definitive amount but upwards of S$50 should be a good start.

Forgot to mention she has only been with me for 2 months, 1 of which we were on holiday.

then bonus will be end of this year. technically you dont have to give any money for CNY since you are not chinese nor is the helper (unless i am wrong) but still no harm in giving a red packet for the festive season.
