Hi
I have been searching high and low for a Primo Viaggio car seat which is the only one that 'clips' into the Peg Perego Pliko 3 stroller.
I have found a couple in the stores ranging from $600 to $355 but I was really hoping to get one 2nd hand as the baby will only be in it for 6 months (if that).
We do not have a car so I only need it for the 2/3 mile trip from our apartment to the MRT station. I don't want to sound like I'm putting the cost of a car seat before my child but we are on a very tight budget and every cent counts.
I have tried the usual web sites like New Mothers Support Group, Ebay, Gumtree, Singapore Expats and a couple of others. The classifieds never seem to have anything.
As Peg Perego P3 strollers are so common here I really thought I'd be able to get a car seat much easier than this but I'm starting to think that people don't really bother using them.
Does anyone know of someone who might have one for sale or can recommend anywhere else I can try. (done Mothercare, Baby Meadows, Baby Hypermarket, First Few Years, Kiddeebee).

Try this place:
Baby Hyper Store Street Kaki Bukit
They have the 2008 model for SG$400. I was able to buy the last 2007 display model for SG$250. Good luck!

Hi,
Thanks for the posting however I did actually get one in the end from Baby Hyperstore. To be honest, he hasn't used it much as I've found it easier to travel around in the Babybjorn. It's quite a heavy car seat so I only use it when when going from A to B and not to go round the shops in.
Many thanks anyway.

Thanks.

Hi
As the car seat is only suitable for babies up to six months old, my baby is already 4 and half months old and bigger than the average baby it won't be long now before I will be selling mine.
How soon do you need to buy one?

I would send my helper in the Grab with my son. Not alone of course. I have yet to find a forum with current SAS parents
