Hi,

Congratulations with your pregnancy!
I just moved here a little over 2 weeks ago so can't really help you with where to go although I assume you have found your way around a bit as I see that the topic is already a bit older. I'm 15 weeks pregnant now and I went to my first pre-natal yoga class at Mother & Child in Tanglin Mall. Very nice! Could recommend that to you :D

I'm from Holland but the last 2 years we lived in Perth, Australia.
Would love to meet up with some other mums (to be).

Anyone interested?

Regards,
Dile

Hi smourney,

I have just started pre-natal yoga classes (16 wks preg with 2nd child) at Mother and Child in Tanglin Mall: www.motherandchild.com.sg
I like the classes and it gives you some preparation for labour. They also offer a lot of other services around pregnancy/babies so it's a good place to go if you look for some support.

But don't worry too much about labour, you'll do just fine!

If you have any more questions, just let me know by replying here.

Regards,
Dile

Dear smounsey,

I definitely understand the need for yoga classes specially in pregnancy. I totally agree with Dile, she has given really a nice option but I also have one. That is http://www.babybliss.sg and this is actually very new one. This is just started and I had known them as my sister was its 2nd customer and after that she became the tutor at home. Well, you can try whatever fits you fine. But don't worry you will definitely handle the labour. Its just that you need to be calm down and take no worries as in this would might affect your baby. So relax and Take care.
