Aromatic House

Hi. Just some feedbacks for you guys & ladies out there.

I had a package with Aromatic House and they offered to give a free body scrub for 3 massages bought. However, they fail to honour their words and were rather pushy to sign me up for more each time I visit them.

The most irritating thing is that the staff will come in during treatments in your most dopey self and ask questions about topping up treatments etc.

Beware when you enter cos it gave me more stress than relief whenever I step in there...

I've been to the outlet at Holland about 2 years ago. They were pushy.. and not friendly.

Not only are they pushy (yes I encountered the halfway-interruption-during-treatment shit to sell u packages when u r in a dreamy state.) :o they also don't honor their word. Yours truly has been duped into signing a package which they did not keep their promises made when they were trying to sell the packages. Mine was with the Holland branch.
My friend had a worse experience  at the Kampong Baru branch: She didn't have time to go complete her package as she was busy. The staff, when they were trying to sell her the package told her it's for a unlimited timeframe. A few years later, they denied her access to use the remaining sessions. and she has about 5 sessions left. What shit is this?!!!
THEY SUCK BIG TIME! :???: Trust me, don't sign any pacakages with them!

hi there,

I had a different experience. too.. I am also a member at Aromatic House. I feel that their services are good. They will follow up with me reqularly to remind me of appointment as i am really forgetful at times. They send me birthday card and special during my birthday. Their treatment delivered results and i really loves their serangoon garden outlet ambience very much( resort getaway). From what i know , there's alway a treatment card for customer to sign on what they have purchased and to sign on every treatment we have done.i do not agree they don't promise what they say as all details will be stipulated in the card.

I agreed that they will upsell packages. For me as long as their treatments are of quality i do not mind and moreover their packages are value for money( they give alot of freebies and benefits). and i feel that if you are frim enough, no one can force you into buying anything.
