Moving parents to Singapore

I am on a Dependant EP (P1) who has moved into Singapore about 5 months back..We are looking at moving my parents to Singapore to stay along with us for an extended period..Is this permited as i am on a dependant pass and if yes, what is the procedure ?

Could someone please let me know if me and my spouse combined earning is 12k (holding E pass) then can we apply visa for parents for long term...

Not really. You need to sponsor them for an LTVP and I think only PR/SC can do that unfortunately.

As an EP you can sponsor parents on a LTVP but...
