I want to relocate to Batam for a job with my wife,

Hi all

I have been offered a job in Batam island. I want to relocate with my wife (no children) to Batam. Are residential apartments available there on rental?. what about the cost of living and cost of residential apartment flats for a couple.

I am an Indian and is there any region there where indian peoples live?

Can anyone advise me on above matters?

There is a significant expat community in Batam and plenty of places to live, including many on some very nice golf courses. There are no specific areas where Indians live.
