What filings need to be made?

Post by ctavakoli » Thu, 25 Dec 2008 1:13 am

Hi All,

Can you please suggest what needs to be submitted for our financial year ending 31-Dec-2008? We have had absolutely no revenue or income this year. We have had a limited number of expenses totaling less than USD 25,000 though most of those expenses were paid directly by me and not from our corporate account, so technically I am owed that money from our company.

Is there a simple way to submit a statement of no revenue? As I understand, we have no audit requirement.

Thanks all..

What citizenship are you? To whom are you reporting? IRAS? IRS? What kind of entity? Sole prop? Private limited? Who owns the company? Who are the directors?

Much more info needed to answer your question.

Sorry SE - i should have provided more details.. I am an expat living in Singapore - the company i am referring to is a Singaporean company and my question on filings was specific to that. My company was incorporated at the end of Jan 2008.

1. When do I need to file my Form C?

2. When do I need to do my ACRA annual filing (Have not held our AGM yet)?

3. What other filings do I need to make? (that relate to the company - not my personal filings)

Again, no revenue since incorporation - no acquired assets either. Just a few expenses.

Thanks..

If you are a pte Ltd company just ask your company secretary when to do the filings.
