PEP help! Complicated situation...

I recently just quit my job in Singapore working under an EP and moved back to the UK. That was about a month ago, but I have since regretted this decision and wished I had applied for a PEP instead and found another job as it was the job I wasn't happy about.

Been working in Singapore for 1.5 years, and my income was about $6000 per month, not too sure if i am eligible for the PEP (as it states $7000?), especially now that I have already quit my job.

What is the best way to go around if I want to apply for this PEP? I'm fine with coming back to Singapore to do this.

Help would be greatly appreciated

cheers

Your income is not over 7K/mo. Nor do you merit any of the other considerations as to EP duration already worked - minimum of 2 years. It would seem you are well and truly stuffed.

You only option is to talk to the horse themself as we are obviously on speculating. They do indicate that they will look at each case on it's own merit so give it a shot. The worst that they can do is say no.
