We just arrived, and we are looking for a qualified full time transfer maid with solid referrals to take care of our kids and home. We are a young family of 4: both parents working, kids aged 4 and 6 go to school until 4pm. We are hoping to find somebody who is good with kids (playful but also firm), speaks good English, has experience working in singapore, autonomous, cooks well, and has a positive personality. This may be a lot to ask, but we are hopeful, and trying to be patient until we find the right person. And, we believe that referals are the way to go (after trying agencies)...
