My friend did hers at a salon in Beauty world and it was much cheaper than mine which was done at a clinic.

I went for 4 sessions of armpit IPL hair removal with a cosmetic doctor recommended by flowerpodders. Some of the hair did regrow back after 2 years and its at a much slower growth rate and definitely much finer that before (only need to wax once every 2-3 months nowadays).

I also tried out 1 session of face rejuvenation using laser (which in the process also removes the fine facial hair on your face) and it seems to work much better than IPL (or maybe because the hair on the face is very thin). The laser treatment was more painful than the IPL though and costs more too. I also heard that salon's can't offer laser treatments as that requires a certified doctor to operate the machine.
Why do I have to be the ugly duckling???

Oh is it Sarah at Far East Shopping Centre? I've heard good things about her too. Do share your results ya?

Might get a few more sessions of IPL to try to get rid of the regrowth if I can find a cheaper source.
