I was talking in a local context. I was shocked because this was the first report I have heard of an angmoh being involved in a petty theft in Singapore. I know angmohs have been involved in other mischievous actions here.

except I (well, my partner) just had yet another such encounter, and it was not a white foreigner but a local girl who proved equally annoying

Me, two good friends, and two acquaintances have all had purses and wallets stolen from these locations:

Harbourfront Centre (1)
IKEA Alexandra (2)
Isetan Scotts (1)
Takashimaya (1)

Purse and wallet theft in Singapore is rampant. Everyone has to very careful about where they put their valuables.

we were dining in the open space near the river ..with my 2 kids ... 3 years and 5 years...

one Angmo guy just passed by us ... saw my wife hand bag in my son pram... again he passed by and messed up our table with some brown color liquid.... to divert us then suddenly disappear with my wife hand bag... lost camera , cell phone , IC, cash ...



now it will take 1 month to get new IC plus 100 $ .. lost 400 $ camera ...

and 200 $ phone ... and 100 $ hand bag .... very very expensive dinner

To begin with, try not using the term "ang mo" since it might be construed as racist here. Secondly, just lodge a police report. Thirdly, what are you trying to get here? Info and tips on who the culprit is since "ALL ang mos" must be reading this forum??
