As I need save cost to open shop later, May I know .. more .. Singapore like to join it and use this service or not?

As my home countries, can be do it at home, provide lower price level and good services, with member discount?

First of all you need to find out if you need a license to operate in that business. Secondly, if your are living in an HDB Flat, you need to get permission from the HDB to operate a business in your home. Normally HDB will not allow any businesses that take in walk-in traffic.
