I am just wondering if anyone (maybe those in HR line can share?) knows, how to find out if someone that is employed have a criminal records in Singapore?

According to my brother who hires workers for his shop, he said that you'll need to fill up some forms at the police station and pay an administrative fee.

I was curious and did a rough search on the internet and yielded this website which may be of relevance: http://www.infocubic.net/international/singapore.htm
