Mandarin speaking little friends

Post by HKSG » Tue, 16 Dec 2008 11:02 pm

Dear all,

We are looking for little friends who can speak Mandarin for our daughter, preferably little girls of her age or older. She is 4 years plus (born in 2004)

We live near Upper Bukit Timah/Jurong Kechil and would love to organize playdates at our place in the afternoon during weekdays.

Please send me a pm if you are interested. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Just take her to any playground. With 78% of the population being Chinese it shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Hi HKSG - we live close to Clementi in west coast - every saturday afternoon, we have the kids of some friends around with two mandarin tutors - the kids are around 4-5 years old (4 of them including mine) . Since you only have one posting, I do not think you can PM yet, but if you are interested, I'll ask my wife if there is place for one more

Hi

Whereabouts do you live?

I have a 4yr old girl and she speaks mandarin. I am a native mandarin speaker myself, so i encourage her to speak mandarin to me only. But at times, she will add english if she doesn't know how to say a particular word in mandarin.

Hi amiee & fengye,

Thanks for your messages. Sorry for my late reply... I would love to organize something with you but unfortunately we can only do it during weekdays and my daughter prefers to play with little girls of her age...

Anyway, thank you for taking the trouble to write to me.

Have a good day!
