How to apply HDB FLAT ?? URGENT

Anyone have information, pls feedback asap??

We have got PR and will move in next Year, may I know how to apply government HDB flat?

As we are got PR approval? two PR can apply or not?

I know different types HDB flat under income ceiling, can you adivse any tpes for my reference?

Anxious to know and way to apply government housing?

Balloting system seems offer flat for buying or rental? I refer " Rental Flat First" at set up stage?

To buy a NEW HDB flat from the HDB there are certain restrictions:

Citizenship

You must be a Singapore Citizen. Your family nucleus must comprise at least another Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

To buy a Resale Flat from the open market:

You must have at least 2 Permanent Residents or one PR and one Citizen.

Therefore the ballot system will not apply to you anyway as you will be two PR's so therefore you will have to buy a resale flat.
