Don't know about pickup and return (doubtful) but there are a number of links in my links page below. Under the heading of Laundry Services about 2/3's the way down the centre column. A simple phone call to them may answer your query.

He's based in Bendemeer but not sure how far he's area is but he comes to us at Siglap. Example of price, suit trousers $4.50 including collection and return.
