Recently I was surfing youtube when I came across this miraculous make-up base idea.
My skin is pretty dehydrated on the surface even though its oily. (i.e When I put on make up, my skin flakes but I still have pimples. T__T boo)
I've been religiously using moisturizer after my facial washing routine, but to no avail! No matter what I do, there'll be a few dry patches on my cheeks and around my mouth. A few gurus on youtube suggested buying glycerin from the local drugstore and mixing it with 3 parts water, 1 part glycerin. I tried it and I have to say it's amazing. I will definitely not be spending anymore money on expensive moisturizers or make up bases!
Just to share - I have combi skin so, just use it on the parts of your face that are dry, not the whole face. :) Make up will glide on effortlessly.
