East Coast Housing

My hubby & I are moving to Singapore next month & have been given a AUS$6,000 for monthly rental. I would really like a cluster house! Can anyone help me with places that fall in this price range.

if you are looking on the "upper" east coast then I would suggest Kew Green, D'Manor and Summer Gardens - all will be below that budget and prices dropping every day. D'Manor and Summer Gardens are close to a MRT station. (Tanah Merah)

I heard the area around Kembangan has some nice houses and Kondos, there gets a lot build there right now and the location is actually quite good

Thanks guys for your replies. I am arriving next Wednesday to find accommodation before we move so I will have a look at those places.

Kew gardens is a lovely place to live. A friend lives in a beautiful and spacious house there and pays about $6000
