Feng Shui for everybody

anyone heard of feng shui? like those for the house, or for yourself (e.g the zi wei dou shu(chart of your life), qi chang zao(aura photo), qi cai jing ling(knowing of your luck through picking stones and placing them in positions), or buying of feng shui stuff?

Yes. I new the teenage friend of a neighbours daughter's grandmother who put stones in her Luminia Bra and magically went from a C to a D! After having 5 kids in close succession.

SMS, where can I get that bra and those stones? I need them!

While looking for design ideas for decorating my apartment some years back, I tried using fengshui principles and was surprised that the place actually looked and felt better. Some principles make sense, for example:

- No sharp corners pointing at you (this made sense to me especially with children around the house)
- Don't sit or sleep under an overhead beam or light (just in case things fall off them, like lizards. Ugh!)
- Your back should not be facing a window or door (yep, this makes sense - I want to see a terrorist before he sees me)

And so on. Since then, I've incorporated many fengshui principles that make sense to me when it comes to interior decoration. However, I don't apply the rest that I don't understand - the pakua, best-facing direction for each individual, etc.

Like many other things, fengshui is not to be blindly followed nor summarily dismissed. Best to find out more and decide for yourself rather than rely on others' opinions.

Ha ha, that's because you're too light now. I wish I'd seen you when you were still big, cos that's the SMS I corresponded with for so long, and I'm sure I had in my mind's eye what you looked like. So that night I didn't even need a feather to knock me over! I honestly thought you must have been someone else...
