How to be an anker or reporter?

How can i be an anker or reporter in broadcasting media?
I checked channelnewsasia but there is no career page or i never had a look of career advertisement of it.

Can anyone advise ?

First of all I would suggest you learn how to spell or else the editors would have a hemorrhage with their red pencils. Were you trying to be a (W)anker or did you actually mean Anchor?

I would suppose you would have to use Mediacorp's site as they own Channel News Asia.
