Gotta love Mr. Bean!!

Doctor Who was always a favourite. Have to agree that MASH is a classic too.

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Star Trek!!

The Goodies was classic, so too Hitchhikers Guide. Monty Python, Black Adder, and as already mentioned, the English version of The Office is fantastic.

My favourite new series are NCIS, House and Heroes.

Family Guy is on FX channel 87 on starhub, everyday I think.

I bought the DVD set of Pushing Daisies - now sadly cancelled - recently and I can't get over how well crafted the series was. Everything from the script to the art direction to the acting was perfect. Quite literally you can freeze almost any part of the show and get a beautifully composed image.
