Any idea where one can buy a sort of built-in stove with 2 electrical burners here?

Virtually every appliance store and major department store in Singapore sells kitchen hobs. The larger stores also sell built in ovens as well.

Called Courts, Best Denki, Harvey Norman and they don't have the cut-in size for the hole in the table or they don't have the built-in type
Any idea where else?

Google search "miele singapore" and you'll find their store located near Centerpoint. There is also a home appliance store on the 4th floor of Shaw Center that carries a wide range of refrig and oven/range top units.
