playgroups for 4yr old??

am desperately looking out for playgroups for my 4yr old son.
Anyone with 3-5yr old kids eager to meet??

We live at Ferrar park and are only 2 weeks old in Singapore.We shifted from Hk.I am surprised that no kids are in the parks at 4-6pm timimgs...is that how it is always?Just trying to adjust thats why i asked.
