I'm karthik, currently working in Singapore as a computer engineer. I'm recently married and my wife is currently undergoing final year MBA in India.
She will finish the MBA course in March. This mail is to check the possibilty of getting a Job in Singapore for fresh MBA passout in Singapore.
Do you see any opertunities in Singapore for a MBA pass out after march? It will be a great help if you could advise me on this.

If you have bothered to pick up a newspaper here or watched TV at all, you will notice that there is an impending recession. Not wanting to spread gloom & doom, but what experience does she have other than an MBA? If she's JUST an MBA without experience, she may as well be a fresher with a BA as without experience there are more than enough locals with MBA's WITH exprience to fill most positions. Education without experience is just a piece a paper. Especiallly during economic troubles. Unless her MBA is from a universally recognized University it won't mean too much here.
Having said that, If you are an EP and she comes here on a dependents pass she can find any kind of work as all she will need is a Letter of Consent in order to work - in other words, she doesn't have to qualify academically.
