You can consult a dermatologist for hairloss problems, and yes, scalp is consider part of the skin. But there's only one remedy to it, the doctor will prescribe minoxidil either 2% or 5% topical treatment.
Don't bother about going to those beijing 101 and various hairloss centre, will only burn your pocket and no result.

Be advised it's not a remedy but only a temporary gain in 'some' hairgrowth. It does not fix the problem but just gives you another one that's even more damaging. Not worth the effort. Best to just accept what Gaia gave you and make the best of it.
