Advice on good travel or event planning company

Post by airick » Wed, 26 Nov 2008 3:29 pm

Hiya...

I have several clients flying into Singapore either for holiday or transit. Helping them to book hotels, and make arrangements for their stay here is going to get hectic...

any recommendations on any event planning or travel company which I can throw all this work to ? This is not my core job, so before it takes up all of my time, I need some reliable partner soon.. I have tried some big companies but their rates are very very steep. An ideal company would be a small and well managed company with a very competitive price, whom I can assign to do everything to offload myself.

Appreciate any advice, thanks...

What kind of events are you looking at? As for local arrangement, the hotel usually have ready packages available. Rates are pretty reasonable, perhaps they might have corporate rates.
free time? do something!!

I'm not even sure if I need an events planning company or travel agency or a fusion of these 2. But if they can take care of their sightseeing, lodging, transportation needs... and give them good recommendations on where to shop & eat that would be great.

And yes, pricing does matter, thats why I'm looking hard to find a reliable partner ... :)
