Looking for a maid

Hi, I'm looking for a maid to do general housework and cooking. I have a baby but care for him myself. I am going through an agency but none of the maids interviewed seemed suitable for the job. Anyone know of a maid available?

My maid has been with me for nearly 1 year and had previous experience in hong kong and taiwan.

She is an honest and hardworking woman who is good at cooking and looking after children and household chores. My gals loved her dearly and we would be sad to see her go.

I felt really bad about it but had no choice. So the only thing I could do now is to help her find another employer...
