Hi

Our daughter (2.5) goes to Columbus which is on the East Coast. This is a local pre-school and she has settled in beautifully.

Depends on whether you want international or local school? Drive around for a bit and you will see tons. Others to consider are Shaws (also local) and then the International ones such as Eton House.

Google and look on this site and you will get lots of information.

Most agree with their being many choices for preschools on east coast. There is preschool/child care facility called Odyssey Creative Learning Centre which caters for babies through to age 6. Very nice and new and on Wilkinson Road. A few Montessori preschools as well - check out Brighton Montessori and Best Care Montessori. There is also a My Gym at the Marine Parade Centre next door to Parkway Parade which holds a playgroup for 18 mths - 3.3 year olds. They also conduct gym play sessions for all preschool ages. Also Eton House have preschool programs too. Check them all out as they all differ in price, programs and additional things they offer. Happy hunting!

Me again. Just happened to be walking down East Coast Road last night checking out all the fine food fare when we stumbled across a new preschool opening up this month called MindChamps. They were having an open night so we took the opportunity to check it out. It seems very impressive, new and clean. Excellent rooms and facilities. They are located at 143 East Coast Rd. When I arrived home I checked out their website and it says they are opening another centre at 46 East Coast Road (two centres quite close together) and another centre in Tampines - 3 centres in east coast area. The brochure I received from the school states that the experts behind the MindChamps Preschool are from Australia, NZ, UK and Singapore. Interesting. Worth a look. They cater for children from 18 months to 6 years. Offer half and full day programs. Provide food and operate all year round.

Schools East Side

Hi,

My child goes to Rosemount Kindergarten. It is also a fantastic school. What I think you should do is check out all the schools people have reccomended and then make a decision, that is what I did.

Hope this helps :) :)
