Hair Loss problem

Hi

I only arrived in Singapore a few weeks ago and i have noticed that since i have arrived i have been loosing my hair. Each time after a shower and i brush my hair, i can see lots of hair in the shower.
Every morning when i sweep the floor, there are heaps.
I tried to change shampoo and conditioner but still have a problem.
Is it the water here or the quality of shampoos?

Any suggestions or advice would be greatful.

how about your diet? you been eating healthy food?

My diet is still the same except for less milk consumption but i am taking calcium supplements. Also i am eating alot more fruit.
