I need an advice about recomendation for any dermatologist good for hair problems. Not talking about hair loss, but the problem is that suddenly, hair root is extremely dry and hard. Just like 1cm of the hair grows out like that, rest as usual, and only in one area of the skull.
Anyone with experience about similar problems? Any good doctor in SG?
