Hi, my husband I will move to Singapore next summer and as our 2 little sons will enroll at the German European School we are looking for a nice
condo nearby. Any
condos you could (not) recommend? Thanks a lot!!!!

If it is the Jurong Kechil campus then there are some reasonably priced
condos around it. We live at Signature Park, it has over 1000
condos so there is usually something available.

There are a pretty big number of German European School students that live in the same
condo as ours (The Tessarina - it is on Wilby Road along Bukit Timah). My child is studying at Singapore American School & the school bus pick-up time is about the same w/ that of GES. I understand the two GES campuses are located relatively near the condo.

European Portuguese Trainer
Hello! Was wondering if anyone is interested to teach for a language school?
What’s the major difference between Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Singapore needs more hospitals than condos?

Looks like the case...we won't need so many new condos.

Quite true, the property buyers have too much cash on hand to splurge on overpriced cars and properties.

Having lived in both newer ( 15 years). Here's some disadvantages of older homes:
- Pest problems (as share by one of the posters)
Had a scare...

Yes proper maid room and tennis courts..
with newer condos there aren't always tennis courts.
