How much should a Technical Sales Manager get paid???

Hi,

I hope someone can shed some light for me here...

I'm evaluating job offers and want to find out more as I've gone from engineering jobscope to sales and so I don't have a basis on how much I should be paid in a managerial position w technical expertise.

- annual salary package
- basic salary
- rate of commission based on sales
- percentage of commission over total monthly income (basic + comm)
- bonus/perks/allowances

You aren't that's for sure, had you been one you would have already done your demographic study and would already know the answer to that question.
