How to Reduce Pigmentation?

Has anyone tried any treatments to reduce pigmentation n is effective?

I hv mild pigmentation but worry it may get worse and would like to get it treated soonest.

Pls share your experiences.

i just posted a similar post in the PS Thailand thread!!!
i have wat the chinese call 'sweat spots'. it's really stressing me out, i scared i will look like a 70yo man soon.

i used age-defying mosituriser and manage to get rid of some, but it's not removing completely. i just bought sato q10, hopefully will help...
